Dubai Visa Assistance is a commercial visa assistance and travel facilitation agency. We are NOT the UAE Government, GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs), ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security), or an official immigration body. We provide administrative assistance, document verification, and submission support for travellers.
Our services consist of advising clients on document requirements, verifying that scanned files meet immigration format standards, preparing visa application dossiers, and transmitting them through authorized channels.
Visa approval, processing duration, and final entry clearance are at the sole discretion of the relevant UAE immigration authorities. We do NOT guarantee visa issuance or approval rates. Immigration authorities reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay processing for security screening, or reject applications without disclosing specific reasons.
The applicant is solely responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and valid documentation (including authentic passport copies and photographs). Providing forged, invalid, or misleading information will result in immediate rejection by immigration authorities and may lead to legal penalties or travel bans in the UAE.
Once an application has been submitted to the immigration processing system, government processing fees and service fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the visa is approved, delayed, or rejected by immigration authorities.
Visitors must strictly abide by the stay duration granted on their issued electronic visa. Overstaying past the permitted validity and grace period leads to monetary fines imposed directly by UAE immigration authorities. Our agency is not liable for penalties resulting from applicant overstays.
